Experience                             :          0-4 years of fundraising in social sector /Marketing and Sales Experience

Major Job Responsibilities   :          

  1. Candidate will raise funds from schools/individuals for our programmes. It will be a target oriented job.
  2. He/She will have to travel extensively for achievement of laid down targets.
  3. They will undertake basic research on schools/individuals and submit the proposals for fund raising activities.
  4. Develop materials required for school/individual meetings – draft briefing, notes and create pitch presentations.
  5. Should be able to organize fundraising camps and events.
  6. Develop plans and implements strategies for generating funds from schools/indviduals
  7. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  8. He/She would be the initial point of contact for school/individual fundraising.  Maintaining effective communication with individuals and school students and their principals and the focal points ensuring that they receive timely and appropriate servicing.
  9. He/She will need to cultivate long-term relationship with Schools/individuals with a view to mobilize resources. He/she will be working as a committed member of a resource-mobilization team.
  10. Develop and protect Child in Need Institute brand status.
  11. Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
