CINI
Chetana was set up as an independent body in 1974 in
response to the need for training. In addition to training over 25,000 government
workers and its own staff, it has conducted training of representatives from
over 500 NGOs. It
develops training materials and offers support to trainee
nurses, nutritionists, teachers and Panchayat members of
community based organisations.
